Fight Back Women's Self Defence has worked with Victims of Crime Tribunal clients for many years and we are sensitive to the situation you are in. Be assured, your comfort, confidence and recovery is always our primary concern.

Courses can be run in whatever configuration suits you best. Generally we would suggest six hours spread over three sessions, in your own home or whatever venue you are most comfortable in. However, we can extend to 8, 10 or 12 hours if you prefer.
